BREAKING GROUND: Whitfield School-Costa Rica Trip Report

[vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1498687025991{background-color: #f8f5ef !important;}”][vc_column][mk_padding_divider][vc_column_text]The Whitfield School group broke ground this week building school gardens at Clemente Avendano Elementary School. In addition to constructing much appreciated garden beds at the school, CCS-Squads Abroad volunteers also led English lessons and assisted with classroom activities. The group spend each morning volunteering in the school and afternoons on guided cultural activities in the Cartago area. This weekend the group heads to the beach for some surf-lessons and a dolphin-watching and snorkeling boat tour.
